iNavX 2.0.3 is compatible with iPhone OS 3 and/or iPhone 3G[S]. iNavX 2.0.4 will be submitted to Apple this week. It adds support for the iPhone 3G[S] compass. Compass (if present on device) will be used for position icon orientation, Compass banner and "HDG" in Instruments view. Otherwise COG (course over ground) is used. The new 3G[S] is also faster so iNavX will be aware of that for more frequent position updates.

Any idea of the battery life is any better? Is the same physical size?

Quote:Apple says the iPhone 3GS will last nine hours using WiFi, compared to six hours before, will play video for 10 hours, up from seven hours with the iPhone 3G. You'll get 30 hours of audio playback is opposed to 24, and 12 hours of talk time on 2G instead of 10 hours, but 3G talk time is the same at five hours.
