Title: Meaning of message
#1
I am using iNavX on a cockpit iPad to display data from MacENC running on the chart table.

iNavX sometimes displays a message "WARNING - Waypoint from NMEA data unavailable”. Does anyone know how this comes about?

I imagine it has a route for which it does not have one of the included waypoints. But the message does not indicate which waypoint is missing or which route is involved.

Any explanation or help appreciated.

The "Waypoint from NMEA data unavailable" message means iNavX has not received any waypoint info in the NMEA data for over 30 seconds and has cancelled navigation to the waypoint.

This would occur if one cancels the waypoint on the interfaced GPS receiver.
