Reading the CDMA Verizon iPhone 4 has an integrated GPS receiver on the cell phone radio. To the end user this should not make any difference. Of interest is it could have been a dual mode phone as the cell phone radio supports both CDMA and GSM, but Apple chose not to support a SIM card.
