The new MacENC rendering is really beautiful. Looks like the real thing.

Yes it's great! The marine symbols do look great too.
But I think I will have to upgrade to a MacBook as my iBook G4 1200 MHz seems a bit slow with MacENC.
But it's getting better and better!

I've already convinced 2 friends to switch from PC to Mac and who bought or will buy MacENC or GPSNavX

The G4 is now 7 years old and quite long in the tooth. With a new Intel Core 2 Duo MacBook you will see 6X performance gain with MacENC. Apple was rapidly falling behind staying with the PPC architecture. So the move made total sense.
